Site Engineer – Control & Instrumentation (EBD126)
Posted on May 11, 2012 | No CommentsEngineers will be required to embrace multi-skilling and perform all assigned activities in accordance with regulatory requirements and company engineering, safety and quality systems. This particular role will also require the Engineer to be fully conversant with Instrument and process control equipment installation, maintenance, calibration and fault finding. Ideally, the engineer will also be conversant with maintenance and fault diagnosis (including software interrogation & management) of DCS, PLC and SCADA systems. Reporting to the Engineering Supervisor, the Site Engineer will perform both the day to day routine requirements, scheduled and unscheduled PPM (planned preventative maintenance) tasks as well as more varied project dependant tasks. The job holder will also be expected to be part of an On-Call rota whereby they will be the initial point of contact for the resolution of any Engineering & Facilities Issues for 1 week in 4. -
